OEE is the gold standard for measuring how well a manufacturing operation is utilised compared to it's full potential. It combines the three key metrics of Availability (percentage of scheduled time that the operation is available to operate), Performance (how fast the operation is in comparison to it's design speed) and Quality (how many units produced are 'Good' units).
FactoryManager identifies stop reasons automatically and assigns them to events as they happen, freeing up your operators to focus on production rather than recording and ensuring high accuracy of data.
The OEE overview shows at-a-glance status for the production equipment, aswell as their performance metrics for the shift / historically.
Powerful analytics enables you to drill down into factory areas, individual machines, manufacturing materials, shifts or even individual operators to compare performance, with access to MIS at a click.
Built-in alerting enables you to configure e-mail alerts when a machine or line enters into downtime, so you can respond faster and minimise impact.
There is no one-size-fits-all. Our platform is highly configurable and can cope with any type of production, from large volume to slow one-offs.
Picks event information up directly from connected PLC's and subsequently provides the highest quality data. Events can also be added manually.
No matter what your production looks like, we've got you covered. Thanks to our clever 'time based' OEE, we can calculate accurate metrics even when your production appears to do nothing for a few hours before suddenly outputting units. Of course, traditional 'unit based' OEE is also available, which is most suitable for eg. a filling line.
The platform is easy to use and you'll quickly become familiar with the layout. Additionally, role based access control removes options for staff who do not require access, making it even simpler for staff to navigate.
Grouping of statistics is possible in multiple forms, so regardless what you're trying to see, we have a way of quickly getting you the data. Data can also be exported for use in other systems if required.
The OEE module links seamlessly with other modules in the FactoryManager environment, for example to automatically create tickets in the Maintenance module or for showing events in Manufacturing Information Services (MIS).
